Job Description

Job Purpose

This role form parts of the HR team at ISG and is responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient and pro-active mobility program.  The incumbent will collaborate and develop strong relationships across the business and with key stakeholders in our finance, payroll and tax teams both internally and externally.  

 Key Responsibilities

 To administer the global mobility program in a timely and efficient manner

Be a key point of contact for our rotator/assignee population during their assignment life cycle
Work closely with the HRSSC to support the delivery of timely contracts, onboarding and repatriation processes
Act as the day to day point of contact with our external partners specifically, tax and immigration partners providing timely follow up and action.
Pro-actively manage the tax and social security compliance for our rotator/assignee population
Prepare A1 applications, costings and estimates as required by the business to enable decision making
Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive assignee database, capturing home and host location data, immigration status, tax and social security information.
Responsible for ensuring the integrity of data held on mymobility in partnership with our external tax partner
To participate and deliver the GM induction program as part of the onboarding exercise
Support the Head of GM in conducting country reviews, developing process/maps and putting in place checklists to support the movement of assignees across the business.
Run ad hoc reports as and when requested by the HR team/business
Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager
