Regional Manager Mobility -EMEA
The Regional Manager, Mobility – EMEA is a senior leader within the global Mobility team, responsible for the operations and management of Mobility programs, plus commercial mobility support for all of WorleyParsons’ Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. The incumbent serves as a strategic advisor to business leadership and is responsible for ensuring the consistent and effective support of employee mobility activity throughout the organization within its geographic remit. This individual is a key contributor to WorleyParsons’ Operations activities. Accountabilities:Operate Mobility programs for all locations and across all business lines within area of geographic focus (policies, processes, allowances, vendors, technology tools). Support and assist with co-ordination of broader global mobility activities, including the development and refinement of international assignment policies and procedures to continually improve program effectiveness. Collaborate with global counterparts to identify best practices; maintain consistency in the delivery of international assignments; identify issues of risk and recommend solutions. Advise business line management and People colleagues on Mobility activity and policies. Understand Company business needs and the support required of the Mobility Program. Provide tailored advisory support and costings to Business Development with commercial project bids. This includesexpatriate costing and liaison with various business units regarding the implications of international assignments on remuneration and benefit packages, inter-entity agreements, immigration strategy on critical project resources and taxation issues. Provide frequent reporting of Mobility activity, trends and issues to business groups and project teams. Support Regional Director, People and location HR leaders as key workforce management advisor. Supervise end-to-end Mobility processes for domestic and international assignments within and into geography, as performed by Mobility colleagues and location-focused People resources. Troubleshooting of operational issues as they arise around assignees or foreign nationals employees working within the region. Resolve assignee/employee escalations and issues on an as-needed basis, with a focus on leadership Mobility transactions. Review and vet exception requests. Manage vendor relationships at the regional level to ensure sustained high performance at appropriate cost. Identify and pursue opportunities supporting the further development of the Mobility Program; Influence the design and administration of the Mobility Program and infrastructure in support of constituent stakeholder needs and requirements. Support the delivery of global Mobility initiatives and projects as required. Lead the operational implementation of these for the EMEA region. This role requires an energetic, proactive and tenacious individual that thrives on challenge. The successful candidate will have good organizational and time management skills.
