The RES Forum Heads of Global Mobility, Talent & Reward Events
The RES Forum has always been proud to be an organisation that was created by in-house GM
professionals for in-house GM professionals.
As senior GM, Talent and Reward professionals, we understand the challenges you face. We want to
bring together a small group of Heads of Global Mobility, Talent and Reward functions who, through our
heads of events will work together to take our industry to the next level – real thought leadership to help
deliver progressive, new and strategic global mobility and reward programmes in your organisations.
We want to understand what senior GM, Talent and Reward professionals really think about, so we
can face these challenges together and position our specialism at the forefront of people and talent
thinking within our respective organisations.
Who is this event at The Gherkin for?
The event is the launch of part of what we envisage will be a bigger group known as the RES Forum
Advisory Board.
The board will be made up of senior level executives from diverse industries working in Global Mobility,
Talent Management and Reward functions. Generally, these will be Heads of functions, or regional
Heads from larger organisations.
All members of the board will be currently employed in in-house roles; there will be no external vendors.
Given the requirement to keep thought leadership as high level as possible, the ability to offer attendance
to ‘deputies’ will not be available. This will truly be restricted to the in-house thought leaders in our
industry.
What is its purpose of the RES Forum Advisory board?
To join senior GM, Talent and Reward professionals from all industries in a safe environment, to share,
learn and develop. Members who join the advisory board and attend future events will have the
opportunity to work with Michael Dickmann, the RES Forum partners and other members of the board,
to set the agenda, work through challenges and find solutions through workshops and seminars. You
will be able to work with Michael to contribute to industry leading GM research and to practically apply
the outcomes of the research in your roles. By uniting a group of senior, likeminded professionals, we
also hope to forge strong, collaborative networks, and even to have some fun along the way!
You will help us to shape the agenda and direction of the RES Forum itself, to ensure that we support
not just our senior members, but also those at a more junior level, in the best way that we can.
What is the benefit to me of attending the event?
You will have the opportunity to join together with senior GM, Reward and Talent Management
professionals from all industries in a safe environment to share, learn and develop.
