How do you GM professionals prioritise when HR budgets are tight?

:the argument for continued cross-border working and next gen international leadership development

Duration: 75 Minutes

In response to a number of requests, our fifth edition of RES Forum Live! has a fresh new format, allowing more time for our experienced panelists to expand on the challenging themes we started to explore in RES Live! #4.

We of course aim as always to share insights gleaned from the last few crazy months, and true to RES Forum, to draw from each other the confidence that we’re are not facing these common challenges alone.

We’ll look to go beyond Covid which has understandably dominated the news, affected our own roles, and flipped our day to day work on its head and, in doing so, explore some of the other challenges and pressures being placed upon us.

There is also the chance to put your comments and questions directly to our panelists via the Zoom chat function.
