Each year the RES Forum conducts a significant number of surveys in the areas of Global Mobility, International HR and Compensation and Benefits. These are done across both our internal member community as well as externally to the Forum. Alongside this, we also constantly gather information on market trends, common practice and policy setting. All in all, this provides us with a wealth of real-time data as to the current approach of managing employees within a global business environment across some of the largest multinationals operating today.
The RES Forum Annual Report is an industry leading document which takes this data and uses it to provide key statistics, in-depth analysis and outline the main themes and trends affecting the operation of managing employees across global businesses. It does not provide any information on a specific company's approach (as all data is kept anonymous and no individual data references are used), but it does give a good overview of industry sector as well as regional approaches.
