IN THE NEWS Smart OD is essential for global mobility - One of the more worrying findings from The RES Forum’s 2018 Annual Report into global mobility trends was data indicating that less than 10% of organisations have more than sufficient candidates for potential international assignments while a large majority thought that there were substantial shortfalls. POLICY ANALYTICS TOOLS The RES Forum’s Policy Analytics modules allow companies to compare (on an anonymous basis) their Assignment Policies against all other companies. There are Short, Long Term, Extended Business Trip and now Business Commuter modules and already over 406 companies have input their data.
