Cortana, search flights from London to San Francisco for next Monday!” In today’s world, the use of artificial intelligence (AI), for instance via bots like Alexa or Siri has become ubiquitous. It is such an integrated part of our lives that we don’t even consider the fact that we are making use of artificial intelligence.

MALALA'S STORY

Malala Alankiewicz has recently completed the RES Forum Learning Lab modules and passed RES Forum Accreditation, here's her story.

"I relocated recently from France (Lille) to the UK (Manchester) and when I arrived I already knew the RES Forum by name. I was looking for training to refresh and enhance my knowledge in Global Mobility and got in touch with the RES Forum. From the beginning the team was amazing and helpful, we had online chats throughout the e-learning sessions, and they also provided reports and readings that were very useful!

After completion of the self-study through the Learning-Lab, I started to work on the case study. I did it to challenge myself. It reinforced my ability to understand global mobility issues and to elaborate concrete recommendations for a client. I'm glad to be accredited, my learning journey was fantastic and I can only recommend the RES Accreditation".
Malala is currently looking for a in-house or a supplier side role as Senior Mobility Advisor in Manchester, Greater Manchester and can be contacted through the RES Forum. By emailing office@theresforum.com

*|IF:ARCHIVE_PAGE|*Poorly structured assignment agreements can be hugely expensive for organisations. Often, they can result in unexpected taxation liabilities in both countries for both employer and employee. Without standard policies, every assignment is effectively treated as an exception. Neither the employer nor employee is satisfied with the result.
The RES Forum are supporting Mobility Professionals by providing a high quality, comprehensive and fully compliant global key assignment documentation repository. These ready-to-use documents allow companies to move and assign employees quickly and efficiently and de-risk the process.
